Welcome to Pine Ridge

More than 28 miles of riding trails; excellent corrals and paddocks, and a full sized equestrian center, Pine Ridge is the perfect community for the equestrian and naturalist lifestyle. Nestled in the heart of Citrus County, among the rolling hills of the area, the community was designed with nature in mind. At the same time, Pine Ridge and the surrounding area offers the very finest in modern amenities.

This place is a naturalist's haven. Thick pine forests and thick native vegetation not only display the most beautiful natural qualities of the area, but also lend a sense of privacy and security. Wildlife abound here, from deer to majestic hawks, it is common for residents to glimpse these magnificent creatures from their homes.

Modern amenities include a wonderful 27-hole golf course, tennis courts, a shuffle board, and a country club that houses a number of community activities each week. The 18-hole championship course will test golfer's of any skill level, from twisting fairways, tangling rough, and numerous hazards. Perhaps a brush-up on the 9-hole short course will refine any swing flaws that might ruin a pleasant afternoon on the big links. Both courses reflect the meticulous care and maintenance applied to the rest of the community. Other courses in the area include Twisted Oaks Golf & Country Club, Citrus Hills Golf & Country Club, Skyview, and more.

Other recreational options include boating, fishing, shopping and dining. Seven major waterways carve their way through Citrus County. These rivers and lakes provide great freshwater fishing; the nearby Gulf of Mexico is great for saltwater adventurers and during tarpon season, has harbored record size tarpon just offshore. The spring-fed Crystal River, Homosassa River, and Rainbow River are beautifully clear and remain at a constant, refreshing 72-degrees year round.

For dining and shopping, check out Crystal River, Beverly Hills, and Inverness. From fine to casual cuisine, American barbecue to exotic ethnic foods, there is something to be had for everyone. The Crystal River Mall is the perfect stop for retail shopping and a quick bite to eat. Also, check out the number of local antique and specialty shops in the historic parts of Crystal River and Inverness.

Lots are limited here at Pine Ridge, so investing in your dream home or lot could be one of your wisest decisions. Take the opportunity to explore Pine Ridge and Citrus County, and see all that it can offer!
